Cancellation Fees Policy
Important information about our cancellation policy
If a booking is canceled after the team has been dispatched or upon arrival at the location, the following cancellation fees will apply:

400 EGPCancellation fee
Polishing
10% of package valueCancellation fee
Important Notes:
- •No cancellation fees apply if the booking is canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- •If the vehicle is not available upon the team's arrival, the booking will be considered canceled by the customer, and the cancellation fee will apply.
- •Cancellation fees are charged to cover team time, transportation, and equipment preparation.

1. Arrival & Access
If our team arrives at the scheduled location and the vehicle is not available or cannot be accessed, the service will be considered completed and the full service fee will apply.
2. Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Once the service team has been dispatched, refunds or rescheduling are not permitted due to customer absence or delay.
3. Personal Belongings
Please ensure that all personal items are removed from the vehicle. ENGZ is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items left inside the car.
4. Vehicle Inspection
We recommend inspecting the vehicle and its contents before and after the service to ensure everything is in proper condition.
